Multiple Rates for Local Delivery

Hi Shopify Community,

I'm looking for help on how I might be able to offer multiple local delivery rates for my online store.  I want to offer $15 same-day delivery along with $5 one week deliver in order to give some flexibility to my customers. Does anyone know of a way that this is possible?

I've found a way to setup the different rates using two locations, but now my inventory has to be manually updated everytime I make a sale.  Ie. when a $5 delivery item is purchased from that location, I have to update the inventory for the $15 delivery location.  I feel like there should be an easy work around for this... am I just missing something?
