Order email for order taken over the phone

Hi, We have created an order through Shopify for a customer, he didnt have an email address to start with, we have added his new address but I can't find anyway to now send the order confirmation as it doesn't appear in the timeline.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi There!

When faced with this issue and if payment was not done yet then just duplicate the order and cancel the old one. If not, then I suggest you send him the link of the Order Confirmation Page via "More Actions" -> "View ORder Status"
