Order number 5667 says unfulfilled since many days and no change in action.

Are you a customer or a store? If a customer, you should not be asking here. Ask the seller direct. If a store, it does not help by giving the order number as we cannot access your store. It sounds like you are a customer, and hopefully shopify will disable your access as you should not be here on this forum.
