Payment ID Not verified by Shopify Payments

Hi Support,

I am facing this issue of Shopify payment not able to verify my documents when I was asked to do so. But the problem still persists. Please help by replying asap as to what can be done? Also see error below:

ERROR: Some of the information you provided for Shopify Payments couldn't be verified. Please contact support to complete the verification.
