payment options for skin care

I am trying to find another payment provider as skin care, anti-aging etc are restricted on Shopify payments. Anyone find an alternative other than PayPal? I am in Canada

That is a really great question. We have a number of gateways that our Canadian merchants can use to accept credit card payments, you can check them out here. Authorize.net would be one of our more popular gateways so definitely check them out. 

We actually have quite a few very successful skincare companies here on Shopify so you are in good company. 1- what skin care line have you recently used. Your likes and dislike about it
2-your age (20-30, 30-40 or 40+

Hi Bo, 

We are in a similar situation but with an additional challenge. We would like to sell skincare products from companies like SkinMedica and Skinceuticals, but would also like to offer a subscription service. Since Shopify is currently only allowing Shopify Payments for subscription services, we have no option but to work with Shopify Payments. How do we get approved to do so while selling skincare?

Hey there, @nazli90! If you are selling products that promote health benefits, such as skincare products, it is not possible to use Shopify Payments as it strictly goes against the Terms of Service. Apps such as ReCharge also integrate with other payment gateways. You can find quite the array of recurring payment apps here.

Try other anti-aging products if these are limited in Spotify payments. Based on my personal observations, the skincare market is full of different anti-aging creams. Despite this, I advise you not to get carried away with such cosmetic products, because any anti-aging cream consists not only of natural components. I once made the mistake of using a cream that was incompatible with my skin type, luckily the dermatologist https://www.vitalskinderm.com/locations/bella-pelle/ saved my skin from this terrible thing. Since then, I regularly visit the beautician and undergo revitalizing procedures, so be careful when choosing anti-aging creams.
