SUPER IMPORTANT— Our account is with email and Shopify payments has been put on hold which also means we have no sales. We submitted the required verification documents on Jan 15 but we only See something is not correct to verify and to contact support but we don’t know what is not correct to provide again and where as there is no link to provide it. We don’t want it to take 7 days as it is already too long. 

can someone contacT us urgently to help us with the matter so we can provide necessary clarification or document to get this verification done and account out of hold issue.
