Hello i put old banking info on my card and i think i had a typo because it isnt letting my new bank info save, without the old info. Pls help me i have payouts i have no access to

Hi, @LashBoss

What you're seeing is a security feature to ensure that only the Account Owner is updating the Shopify Payments banking information. If you're unable to provide the correct information, then your request will need to be escalated to our Accounts team for further review. They can help remove the security feature to allow you to update your banking information. 

It looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Okay could you help me with this? I believe there was a typo setting up my bank the first time. Now i have my new bank info my store isnt letting me save , without the exact old info ...
