Payouts remain pending after changing payout currency ?

I have changed my payout from US$ to Canadian $, everything went OK with the new currency, but 2 payouts from the old currency remained Pending weeks after ! Please help

Pls how do i contact them. I have a pending payout for the past 2 weeks. Its fustrating!
