Paypal Express

I received a paypal express payment on July 19th but I had not set it up yet. I set up my paypal account shortly after and the payment is still saying pending today july 30th. I fulfilled this order thinking the status would change but it is still pending. Please help me with receiving this payment.

Karlie here from the Shopify Guru Team! I would recommend reaching out to PayPal Support to have them look into your PayPal account and to see if they can trace the transaction for you. Because PayPal is a third party payment gateway, I wouldn't be able to dig into this for you but PayPal support should be able to assist you. You can reach out to PayPal by using their contact page here
