Paypal Subscriptions

Hello! I am currently using Seal Subscriptions on my website. It works great and I am pleased with it. I have created a page that I want to offer 2 buttons a Subscription with Shipping and a Subscription with Pickup button on the page. I want to use the paypal subscription for these as they are automatic subscriptions. I do not want to use seal for this. Here is my challenge. I created the image of the buttons and I created the buttons in Paypal however I cannot for the life of me figure out where to put the code? I have not listed the page yet as I do not want to do that until I have all the kinks worked out. Can anyone help with this??
