We're a UK based retailer but have whs' in the UK & the US that we use to ship worldwide.
We want to offer customers prepaid returns labels but need some advice on the best integrations.
Like I say we need an option that covers UK & US returns. Is there 1 option that covers both or will we need 2 separate apps?
Cost is also obviously a concern & something we need to keep our eye on. So monthly app fee & courier costs are important as well.
Return service doesn't have to be speedy, standard service will do.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
