print test shipping label

Hello! I'm having trouble setting up my Shopify shipping. On the shipping and delivery page when I click on "check your rates," I am directed to the Shopify shipping page where I'm asked to print a test label. If I click the button, my Rollo printer prints inaccurately, not on the 4x6 label. I have tried to change the orientation to 90, as well as making sure the measurements are 100x150. If I go back to the shipping and delivery page and click the "print test label" for the 4x6 thermal label, it prints accurately. Though I am still not able to set up Shopify shipping? I'm very confused. I have also cleared my cache/cookies with no luck.
