Problem with Shopify Payments

Our store's name is SHINOBIN, and we have had problems verifying our shopify payments. We wanted to know if we were able to change the legal name and info that we submitted for the shopify payments. I miswrote my name when completing the info so now I am unable to verify it to my actual legal documents. Am I able to reset this name or get it changed ?

Great question! The short answer here would be, yes, you are able to change this information with the help of our Shopify Payments team. Please contact our support so we can authenticate your account and take a closer look. Our support can be contacted via our Help Centre, just click Support > Contact Support in the main menu for more info.

Hi, may I know how at the end you solve your problem? I have almost exactly same problem as you, I have contact the Support for 4 times, every time they said they will pass my question to the Business Team, however, no one ever reply me back and my problem still there for a month already... I googled online and saw you had the same problem as me, can you help me out from this? Thank you so much.
