receiving country does not support the transaction currency

hello dears,

I started my online shop in UAE but I'm selling internationally

I have few questions

1- I added PayPal payment method but my customers gets "receiving country does not support the transaction currency" message, how can i fix this?

2- I added "My Fatoorah" as a payment method, that supports credit cards, like visas and master cards, does this still support international payments? or is it only for middle east? because one of my customers got " Payment Failed: Blocked" message, how to fix this one?

3- what is the best option to support international payments, while running my business from UAE?
