Shipping options for Sticker-type items

I sell nail wraps, basically stickers for your nails. I charge about $2 per item with free shipping since they only weigh 1oz with packaging. When I first started I was using First Class mail in order to provide the tracking number, but obviously by doing that I end up losing money since it costs almost 2x what the buyer is paying. I've started just using regular stamps, but I worry that it's not reliable and people can claim they didn't receive the item just to get more for free. I'm also worried that raising my price will decrease my sales. Can anyone, who sells similar sized items, recommend any other shipping options? Or let me know their experience with using the stamps vs. shipping labels? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!
