stripe payment

hey everyone,

i have received payment from my customer through stripe gate way but it is not showing on my stripe dashboard . i have contacted to stripe they said talk to shopify help center . need help plz

Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the order's timeline showing the payment details specifically? Also, when was the order placed?

Hi Sagar I hope these issue has been resolved. How is everything going on now? 

I came from a Stripe unsupported country but I was able to activate my Stripe account with to launch my 6 figure Dropshipping store. 

Stripe remains my Favorite payment processor for my ecom store.

@Holly  - I've got the same issue.

Customers get a confirmation then a not processed message. One said she entered her card info at checkout and was then taken to the stripe page to enter it again, which she didn't do. Transactions show as confirmed on Shopify but Stripe has no record.
