Hi @Dinyes
Thank you for reaching out here in the Shopify Community.
It sounds like you have been experience some difficulty with getting your Shopify account up and running? I am sorry to hear about that. I understand that starting a new online business can be overwhelming at times, but don't give up just yet. Setting up a new store can take time, patience, and a bit of trial and error.
Would it be possible to explain where you are getting stuck, or the specific part of your store setup that you are finding overly challenging? If you can provide more context on the section you need help with, or the topic that is causing the confusion, I can do my best to provide support here in the Shopify Community, and provide you with some tailored resources.
I would also like to point out that our support team is here 24/7 to guide you through the setup process, and we're always happy to offer assistance either right here in the Community for non-account specific help, or via our help center here where we can provide full account support and take a closer look at your store setup.
Here are a few very useful resources that I always recommend to new merchants hoping to learn more about the platform and get started:
Looking forward to hearing back from you so you can provide more information here about your situation!

Hi @Dinyes
Thanks for getting back so quickly.
I understand that you are trying to add products from Spotify to your Shopify store, and noticed that when you linked the two platforms, you lost all of your products.
Would it be possible to explain how you have connected the two platforms? Perhaps you are using the Spotify for Artists app from the Shopify App Store? If so, there is a video here that explains the setup process - feel free to check that out, and let me know if that works OK for you? There is also this guide from Spotify that explains their integration setup in more detail.
The Spotify sales channel integration is designed so that you can link your Shopify store with your Spotify artist profile, and sell things like merch on Spotify. However, it sounds like you are trying to import products from Spotify, to your Shopify store? Any extra context you can add about this would be helpful. Feel free to share any relevant screenshots if you feel like they would be useful for me to gather context!
