I have instances customers cancel some line items from an active order. When I export these orders, how do I see which line item from an order is cancelled & which items are to be fulfilled still?
The exported file doesnt seem to have that info at all. It only showcases cancelled status if the entire order is cancelled.
How do folks manage this?
It is surprising how shopify does not pay attention to details. when you export csv of orders, even the cancelled items will be exported!!! I have the same issue but no info online
