UPS Support for Shopify Customers

Greetings all!

Does Shopify have any kind of expedited support program with UPS? We have a number of shipping issues that need to be addressed with UPS and it is a SLLOOWWW process. I was hoping that there is some way, since we use Shopify Shipping, that we can contact a dedicated Shopify shipping rep at UPS. Please let me know if something like this exists.
