What are solutions for payment processing issues on e-commerce sites?

Hello all,

 

We have a Shopify website that is pending launch for almost a year because of an issue of processing the payments. This error happens when we try to complete transactions:

We have tried to make payments with different cards - Visa and Mastercard - but the issue continues. We were advised by Shopify support to register with Cardinal Commerce and enable the 3D secure on our payment gateway (Braintree). We successfully registered and enabled the 3D secure with Cardinal but the issue is still happening - we cannot complete transactions. 

 

Has anybody been through this before? What's your advice? We appreciate any help.
