Hi,I have UK LTD company but i am not living in UK.SHOPIFY asks me about the identify proof like bank statement,we already submitted many times my bank statement of that country in which i lives,but they again demand for bank statement and my pay out is still in pending,so i wants to know that,whixh documents i have to upload exactly?

You were wondering what documents you have to upload - you can view the requirements for the UK region here, which outlines the acceptable document types for individuals and businesses in the United Kingdom.

 

In your Shopify Admin you should see a banner message outlining the types of documents you need to upload. Which documents i have to submitted??
Bcz I did not have pr of United kingdom,and also i have Payoneer account
which shows the address of my home country


Yes sir i use details of uk office and phone number for open shopify
gateway,but i am not living in united kingdom, which documents i have to
upload for verification?they are asking from me to send passport and bank
statement but my passport and bank statement didn't shows the united
kingdom address,What i have to do?

I cannot say for sure which documents you need to submit, as here in the Shopify Community we cannot access your account information.

 

If you are submitting documents that do not match the information provided when setting up Shopify Payments, then it's likely they will be rejected and you won't be able to complete verification.

 

In order to proceed, I would suggest contacting our support team directly so that one of our advisors can take a look at your situation. They may have to collect some information from you and link in the Shopify Payments verification team, but all that will be explained during the interaction.
