What to do about refund and PayPal problems?

We are having issues with refunds and PayPal. Not necessarily at the same time. We have had charge backs because of it.  We originally had the account beginning with W as the PayPal account. That account had issues from the beginning. We became incorporated at the beginning of July and changed the name to more accurately reflect our business as PayPal account beginning with M.   That account works fine. It's impossible to get a human at PayPal to help without the call being dropped. Please help us.

  • What specific issues are you having with refunds?
  • What issues are you experiencing with PayPal?
  • Is there any error message in your Settings > Payments section under PayPal?
  • Can customers check out using PayPal?
