When will I receive my basic plan billing confirmation?

Hello,

 

Faria here. I bought the basic plan of shopify yesterday but I have not received any billing confirmation as yet. I was told by Echo (Support Advisor) that I will receive the email today on 13th of January 2024, but I still haven't received and email. I have also checked by spam folder. 

 

When will you send me the billing confirmation email?? My 3-day trail has also ended.

 

please help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you looking for a billing invoice? 

 

If so, you can head over to the Billing Section of the Shopify admin to download a detailed copy of your bill. To learn more about this, you can check out our Billing Overview document as it shares step-by-step instructions on how to access this. It outlines however, that you can:

 

  • Head to Settings > Billing, from the Shopify admin.
  • Select a recent bill.

  • Click Download.

 

As you were advised that an email would be sent to you however, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look as we don't have access to any account specific information through the Community. They will also be able to ensure those details are sent to you. 

 

To connect with us, you can: 

 

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
