Why am I charged monthly for my inactive stores?

I have three inactive stores and every month I have money debited from my Account, please help

Hi @PaulinaSiu!

 

Regarding your inactive stores, - do you have the logins for them, and if so, are you able to access them?

 

If you're still getting charged, it's possible that when you left those stores, you did not take these steps here to fully finalise closing those stores.

 

Try to access the accounts, check if they are still active and follow the steps I linked above.

 

If you would like to enquire about a refund, after closing them you can reach out to us here and we will look into it for you.
