Why are all my credit card payouts still pending after 2 months?

All my payouts are "pending" since 2 months.

  • We use ShopifyPayments and allows customers to pay with all types of credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • I wanted to double check the payout method (bank account) for correctness but when I click on "change bank account" in order to see details (it's the only button) it sends me right back to the previous settings page. That seems to be a bug?
  • The payout schedule was set to the 31st of each month, but now changed to every business day. Doesn't seem to make a difference.

The Help Center is completely useless, the "virtual Help Center assistant" just crashes when I type a question. There is literally no other way to get help. So I'm just throwing this post into the void, hoping someone sees this. This is an insanely frustrating experience.

Thank you for reaching out. Given the length of time that your payouts have been pending, and that you seem to be having issues when trying to change the bank account on file, you'll need to get in touch with our support team as they can authenticate you on the account and take a look at this for you. There were some issues with the Help Center assistant this morning, but those issues should now be resolved. Please try again and you should have more success. You can tell the chatbot that you would like to speak to our support team and it should direct you. Please let me know if you continue to have problems reaching out to our team.
