Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
from Past 10 days im getting issue

This is a standard review, and this hold does not prevent your customers from checking out.
Your support advisor asked me you will receive a email but its been passed 10 days but i dont have received yet , please help me

It can take a lot longer to hear back from our escalated teams due to their workload and requirement to work via email in order to adhere to secure processes.
