Hello , I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing pending payouts that’s continuously still pending? I’ve first had a notice of a transaction I had on July 15th that was scheduled for payout on the 18th , the 18th came and left and it’s now around the 21st it was still showing pending as the 18th. So since the date has went by I took the class initiative to change the date to a later date unfortunately nothing happened. I contacted support and all the can tell me was it’s because I change the date when it was not the case. There are now 6 pending payouts. 3 of them being scheduled for the July  26th which is gone today is the 28th , there’s one pending now for the 28th that won’t happen , and the others scheduled for August 2nd that won’t happen either. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve received a successful payout. And everyone knows that an email is sent 1 day to a few hours before to alert you when your funds are in transit. I haven’t gotten one of those since July 11th. I’m coming here because support is no help to me at all. I am currently having to fulfill orders out of pocket with over 15 hundred sitting in my Shopify wallet.

In regards to your question, transactions marked as Pending are for sales that you've made, but that hasn't been sent to your bank account yet. The Payout Date for pending transactions is an estimate only. 

 

When updating your payout schedule, this can cause a delay in your pending payouts until the next applicable payout date on your new schedule. However, your bank may take additional time to process the transfer. For more information on payout schedules and pay periods, check out our Getting paid with Shopify Payments resource.

 

I would first make sure that you're contacting your bank directly to ensure there are no holds or issues on their end. Once you've contacted your bank directly, I would suggest following up on your existing support ticket as they'll be able to provide further clarification for your pending payouts. The reason I suggest this is our community forums does not have access to your account or the tools to authenticate.

Hello. I was wondering if you go this issue resolved. I’m having a similar problem. I changed the bank account and payment schedule and now my payments from order are sitting as pending for days and not transferring to the bank. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing the same issue with your payouts in a pending state. Have you tried contacting your bank/payment provider to ensure there are no issues on their end? If you've done so already, the next step will be to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center. Our team will need to take a look into your account to determine what the issue may be.

I'm also having a similar problem. I've been receiving payouts from this past week but not the week before. There's a large balance just pending on my account and I really need the funds to place orders for other products and materials.
