Why are my processed orders not appearing in the system?

I've had an order go through today. My client called my attention to since I didn't fulfill her orders. The payment is reflected in my account however no record of an order or abandoned cart showed up in the system.

My storefont says I received zero orders to day yet I've had to process two orders that went through my shopify store. Can anyone provide insight? I already updated the app, refreshed my connection and Shopify homepage but nothing is showing.

I've never heard of this before, I'm guessing you have some kind of filter set on your orders page, or if it's mobile app maybe there's some cache blocking it.

 

Log into Shopify admin from website, then click Orders. That will show you a fresh page of all orders. If an order is not listed there, it was not made on your Shopify store.

I am sure it was made on my shopify store because the client sent me a screenshot.

 

Later that day she placed another order and it showed up. The order number was close to the order number in this photo.

The frustrating part is that it never showed up in the orders list. There was a lot of guessing on our team's end. I had to ask the client to send me screenshots. 

 

Additional context: No changes or fliters were applied to the shop prior or during the time I received the orders.
