Why are my scheduled payouts not reaching my bank account?

I am having some issues regarding payouts. I have orders coming through and i have entered my bank details correctly and scheduled a payout date but nothing has gone into my account in weeks. what is wrong, please help!

Hi, @samantha110!

 

Can you advise what the status of the Payouts are? Do they show as pending or failed? For more information on Payouts, please check out this doc here.

 

I'd recommend checking your admin for any notifications or banners to see if Shopify Payments requires any extra information, sometimes missing information can be the cause of the delay. You can also check if you received any emails about this too.

They say pending, ive checked my emails and everything. i have no idea where ive gone wrong
