Hi, 

I am new to shopify and I’m having trouble with pending transactions. They are not going through? It’s been a month. How do I contact support to help me. I have tried but every time I go to the help page it says internal server error! Very frustrated with Shopify. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for replying. There is no number in Australia to call for Shopify support they closed it. I can’t access the help centre to ask for help. It says internal server issue. I have been trying for days. I have tried different browsers different computers/phones/iPads nothing is working. Does anyone know the email address for support in Australia? Thanks!

Try social media. tweet about it and tag Shopify. I  am not sure though but I think the email  is support@shopify

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

 

Could you tell me a bit more about these pending transactions? Is this with the Shopify Payments gateway?

 

You mentioned that they have been sitting there for about a month now, - have they ever gone through in the past, or this is the way it has always been? 

 

I would recommend you take a look back through your emails, including your spam/junk folders (sometimes our mail lands there) and see if you have received any communication from us regarding your Shopify Payments account and your payouts.

 

We may sometimes request additional details/documents from you - and until those are provided, payouts may be put on hold.
