Re: Shipping Error - Unable to take orders

Why can't customers place orders due to a shipping error on my site?

Hello! Initially I had been connected and using printful as my fulfillment. I found and am integrating with a custom fulfillment center and trying to get it set up. They have connected to my store via ship station.  However, since removing printful as my fulfillment, when I go to my site a a customer and try to place an order. I get the message "This order can't be shipped to the address you entered. Review you address to ensre all fields have been entered correctly and try again" (see image). The address is entered correctly, and no matter what address I enter, I get the same message. I think it has to be something with my shipping zones and rates not set-up right now?  But then when I order multiple products to hit my "free shipping" level, I still get the error.  What am I missing or doing wrong?  Thank you!!

This likely means the product is not assigned to a shipping profile.

It's in Settings > Shipping and Delivery. If you can't see the problem there, this documentation should help: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/setting-up-and-managing-your-shipping/shipping-profiles

Also you'll want to make sure the product has a location assigned that it can be fulfilled from (in the product or variant details page, the Inventory management section shows this, if you have multiple locations click Edit locations)
