Why can't I add my UPI ID to my subscription with a verified phone number?

I am not able to add my UPI ID to access a subscription. If I add, it asks for me to have a verified phone number, but my phone number is already verified.

  • Are you trying to pay for your Shopify Subscription, and being asked to provide this information? If, are you able to provide any screenshots of the information you're seeing on your screen while trying to verify your number? I'd like to see this information so I can help determine a resolution for you.
