Hello @illuation.

Looking over the screenshots you have shared above it appears as though you do not currently have Shopify Payments activated on your store. Shopify Payments is required to manage the currency in Shopify Markets, Shopify Payments is only available to stores that have locations in certain countries and regions. Learn more about which countries and regions are supported here.
