Why can't I find my website payout after a 404 error?

Hey there,

I have had more than 4 figures in my payouts from my website. However there was a 404 error with my Shopify admin area and when I check again the payout is no where to be found. I have tried to email Shopify but to no avail what can I do for this to be rectified and I have been waiting for this payment for quite some time now and it is urgently needed?

Just to confirm, when you access your Shopify Payments payout page, do you not see any upcoming payouts? If you click Transactions, is there any further information there? Feel free to share a screenshot of the payout page (making sure to redact any personal information).

You also mentioned you tried emailing Shopify but you weren't able to. Were you trying to contact us through the Help Center? When using the Help Center you can chat with our help center assistant, and be connected with our live support team if needed.
