Why can't I reactivate my UK-based company's online payments?

Hello there,

I am having some trouble regarding my Shopify payments as I have submitted all the details about my company and my company is based in the UK while I am currently living outside of the US. I received an email last week that I can't use Shopify payments while I meet the criteria mentioned in the articles for Shopify payments. How i can reactivate my Shopify payments? what do I need to do? is the rejection due to my own identity or something else?
