Why can't I update my bank account information on my ecommerce platform?

I have been trying to change my bank account information for 1 year+. I received a message that my payouts failed. The strange part is that there is nothing wrong with my bank account. Now when I click on manage->change bank account the page just cycles back to the top page. I have a payout that has been hostage for 1 year and have been waffling around about going out of business or taking the loss (from Shopify) and changing providers. There does not seem to be ready access to a customer service number for paying customers! I really need help and at my wits end.

I appreciate that context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Looking into this, we will need to verify you as the store owner to take a further look into the payouts. Since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. In this case, it would be best to get in direct touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. This will allow our live support team to take a further look into the bank account and payout to advise further.
