Why did my online store deactivate after changing my debit card?

My shopify store got deactivated suddenly after I replaced my debit card from billing, I contacted the support they told me that we escalated this, but there is no email even there is no confirmation email that your case is opened. I was running ads on instagram And have wasted that money. What should I do now?
