Why did Skrill reject my merchant account application?

I tried to sign into Skrill merchant account for my website: https://pushake.com/  with my uncle sole proprietor and they sent me this:

Dear *****,
Thank you for your application for a Skrill merchant account.
Unfortunately, following our review of your application, together with your website and respective business model, we are not in a position to approve it.  As a result, we are not able to provide you with our online payment processing services.
We appreciate your interest.

I can definitely understand the importance of finding a payment gateway to securely accept credit and debit card payments from your customers, both online and in person. 


Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks as though the decision was made on behalf of the Skrill team. If you have further questions regarding the decision, I recommend replying directly to the email Skrill has sent you as they will be in the best position to advise what next steps you can take.


In the meantime, I'd like to share Shopify's Payment Provider and Online Payment Gateways resource. You can search by country/region to find the best payment provider available to you.
