Why does a checkout error occur on my ecommerce site?

 Anytime a customer tries to purchase from my website this comes up please help

Thank you so much for connecting with us and sharing your issue. As you mentioned this is a site-wide issue that all of your customers are experiencing, I suspect that there is en error in the integration of your gateway.

 

For more insight on this, double check the payment events in Admin > Orders > Abandoned Checkouts to view the details of the error. Once that is visible to you, share the details back with me so I can provide further guidance on next steps.

 

As this is a public space, please ensure you block or remove any private details once you reply to protect your customers privacy.

Based on your screenshot, we cannot see the payment events or details of the failure. Were you able to open up the doc I shared above for context on the information we need specifically?

 

It will also be available in the timeline history, where you can toggle for events related to payment. It should look something like this:
