Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have some problems with my 2checkout Convert Plus payment gateway, after I choose the payment method right then 2checkout appears and an empty cart is displayed. I have thoroughly checked that Merchant Code and Secret Word are always correct, but errors still occur. I need your help
Hi there, @Afghan!
Thanks for letting us know about this!
While third-party gateways are supported by their developers, rather than us here at Shopify, I would still like to take a look at this with you to see how you might be able to proceed.
If you're happy to share a link to your store with me here, I can check to see if I can reproduce this behaviour from my location.
Could you confirm where in the world your store is based so I can take a look at how you can get support for your gateway there?
I look forward to checking this out with you!

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your 2checkout Convert Plus payment gateway. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Double-check integration settings: Verify that you have correctly integrated the 2checkout Convert Plus payment gateway with your Shopify store. Make sure the Merchant Code and Secret Word are accurately entered in the payment gateway settings.
2. Test in sandbox mode: If available, try testing the payment gateway in sandbox or test mode. This allows you to simulate transactions without making actual charges. Ensure that the sandbox mode is properly configured and that you're using the appropriate test credentials.
3. Contact 2checkout support: Reach out to 2checkout support directly for assistance. They can provide specific guidance on troubleshooting the issue and help identify any potential configuration problems or errors on their end.
4. Check for conflicting apps or code: Disable any other Shopify apps or custom code that may interfere with the checkout process. Sometimes, conflicts between apps or conflicting code can cause issues with payment gateways. Temporarily disabling them can help identify the root cause.
5. Update or reinstall the payment gateway: If you have the option to update or reinstall the 2checkout Convert Plus payment gateway in your Shopify admin, consider giving it a try. This can help ensure you're using the latest version of the gateway with any bug fixes or improvements.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, it's best to reach out to Shopify support for further assistance. They have access to additional resources and can investigate the issue more thoroughly to help you resolve it.
