Why does my mobile shopping cart keep showing as empty?

When I add products to my cart, I keep receiving a message saying that my cart is empty (on mobile), does anyone else have this issue?

Without being able to see your store and cart, it's difficult for me to establish exactly what is happening. If you could please share your store URL I will be able to take a much closer look.
