Why is Afterpay showing an error message at checkout?

Hi, I've never had an issue with Afterpay however customers are getting an error message when selecting it at checkout.  This has been going on for a few days with no response from Afterpay.  Everything seems fine until it says Error ID: 328d03e7-cf43-4f8b-8587-acedbae5e8d8 instead of loading the Afterpay log in screen.

I haven't changed any settings lately and am unsure how to fix this as everything in my merchant portal seems normal.

This is something you'd need to speak with AfterPay about if this error message only appears to be affecting orders processed via their gateway. You can try contacting our support team to ask if there's anything they can recommend, but in the vast majority of cases issues with a third-party gateway need to be troubleshooted with the gateway itself. I hope AfterPay get back to you soon and can help you resolve this.
