Why is my card payment method still unavailable after document approval?

Hi team,


The shopify support tell me that the documents for my company are accepted but the card payements method still not avaible on my store.

please help i lost money every second anth the shopify support take 7hours to repond me.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, were you asked to provide documents to verify your Shopify Payments? 


If so, account reviews are a standard process for merchants that are using Shopify Payments. This is to help verify and reduce fraudulent activity across the platform. With that said, if you have uploaded documents and more than 3 business days have passed since you last received an update, please feel free to follow up by heading over to our Contact Page.
