Why is my credit card payment option not working?

Hi, i chosed payment provider which gives an credit cards as a payment method. everything seems to be fine and there is an option in my webpage to pay with credit cards. 

but im trying to test buy with my credit card and it says that there is an issue..

how can i solve the problem so customers are able to pay with their crredit cards?
