Why is my fulfilled order still showing as outstanding?

Hello,

 

Can anyone tell me why it's saying I have 1 outstanding order, when I clearly don't? I can't seem to get rid of it. I've marked it as fulfilled and even achived it, and it still won't go.

Check the payment on the order.

 

Since there's no indication of which channel it came from, I'm assuming it came from a 3rd party, or created manually, etc... in that case you may need to manually capture payment / mark as paid before it's closed.

 

After that, if it's still not closing, try refreshing the page or logging in from a different staff account to make sure it's not a cache issue.

 

Next if still not solved, click on the "Open" filter on that page and see if it shows up, if yes then go to the order details page and take a screenshot of the full page, then use Skitch or Photoshop or something to hide any sensitive data, and share here, sure someone will be able to identify the problem based on the order data.
