Why is my payment account on hold and how can I fix it?

Can someone please help me? It says my Shopify payment account is on hold. How do I solve it?

Have you received any emails from us regarding your Shopify Payments account being on hold? Are there any banners in your admin asking for documents? If not, it would be best to reach out to our Support Team, as they will have access to your store-specific information and can give you more information on the best next steps.
