My Shopify Payments have been on hold for the past week I’ve reached out to Shopify support a handful of times and they keep saying the same thing. It’s effected my small business dramatically they took money out my bank for a charge back but won’t give me my payouts make no sense I’ve been trying to reach out for help but Shopify support is not helping at all, saying the same thing “please wait for our account team to reach out to you”. Someone please help

I understand your payouts are on hold. While it may seem that there's no solution to your concern, our support team and escalated teams are actually working behind the scenes to help you with your payouts. The next step is to wait for the escalated team to send you an email which has already been advised by our support team. Please rest assured they will get in touch with you as soon as they can and will provide more detail around the hold and how to possibly fix it.

Wow they are doing the same thing to me right now. I have never had a customer complaint or charge back in the 2 years my store has been using this service. They cut me off and are holding $7000 of my money and no one cares! Sounds like the banking partners are actually running the show....shame
