Why is my Payoneer payment method failing on Shopify?

hello. I have some problem with the payment method. I have a payoneer account but when i add it to my shopify account, it doesn't work. Stripe and Shopify payments are not avaiable here. 2checkout didn't work either. I used some many methods but nothing works! Please someone tell me how to link payoneer to shopify. 

Also, if it works, do the customer need to have a payoneer or can they just pay me without it ?

I also recommend that you reach out to Payoneer about specific questions, just if customers require Payoneer in order to pay for their purchases. The reason why I suggest this is because Payoneer is a third party gateway, so our support scope is a bit limited regarding specifics with how they work. thank you for responding back. I live in Kuwait. I already mentioned it on my shopify account.  Can u please tell me what payment methods work in Kuwait?

We have a list of supported payment gateways that you can use in Kuwait here. As these are all third party payment gateways, and not Shopify Payments, our support scope may be a bit limited on their functionality. What we suggest is that you do some independent research on these gateways to find one you'd like to use, and then you can integrate it with your store via your 'Settings > Payment' section.
