Why is my payout still pending after a month?

  1. hi,

my payment is still in pending for almost a month now, do I need to do anything to get the payout, i have set the payment to everyday and the order has been fulfilled

If not, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly for further investigation. As we don't have access to any account information through the Community, it will allow for our advisor team to take a closer look and provide steps on how you can proceed.

  • Head over to our Support Page.
  • Log into your shop.

Im having the same issue and what you suggested doesnt help , can you actually help me get my money as the clients already received the items and im basically losing money if i dont get my money out of the pending payouts

Hi, I am having the same problem. I’m the payments section of my settings, it says under payout status « pending » What should I do? I don’t want to send out my

Products until I get paid.

Shopify are so useless honestly. no contact number as well. the support chat is really and truly with an ai bot i belive 

same thing happening with me... my customer is really upset and theres nothing i can do

Thanks for joining this discussion, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having a frustrating experience. If you use our virtual chat, you should be able to be routed to a live support advisor.

 

You need to enter a question into the virtual assistant chat box and follow the prompts given by the virtual Help Center assistant in order to access our live chat support.
