Why is my shipping address not accepted for my test order?

I send a test order, when I input the deliver address. But show me :


This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.


I have already set the shipping zone correctly and Market. 


Please help to settle the problem. Thanks!
